Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in UX design and engineering roles
- Strong expertise in UX design principles, user research, and interaction design
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks
- Experience collaborating on applications hosted on AWS (S3, CloudFront, API-driven backends)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications and platforms
- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UI engineers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs
- Conduct usability testing, user research, and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability standards across applications
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and cloud teams
- Support UX best practices across Agile delivery cycles
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX guidelines
