Position Details
Role Title: Junior Analyst – Incentive & Sales Management
Function: Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – Emerging Markets
Role Objective
To act as a central SPOC for incentive management across Emerging Markets, responsible for incentive calculation, validation, governance, analytics, and payout management, ensuring alignment with Global Incentive Guidelines and E/S plans.
Employee-wise Incentive Payout Management
Manage employee-level payouts
Ensure correct breakup across heads
Validate payout files before finance submission
Monthly Analytics & Reporting
Perform monthly analytics
Track performance vs payouts
Share insights with management
Stakeholder Management
Work with SFE, Finance, HR
Ensure smooth coordination
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify process gaps
Drive automation and standardization

End-to-end incentive calculation for assigned countries
Validate country-submitted incentive calculations
Ensure alignment with incentive plans and KPIs
Verify targets, slabs, and eligibility criteria
Incentive Circular Governance
Review and validate incentive circulars
Ensure compliance with global guidelines
Highlight deviations and ensure corrections
Governance & Compliance (E/S Plan Alignment)
Ensure alignment with E/S plans
Maintain templates and audit trails
Act as SPOC for governance
