We are looking for an experienced Temenos Specialist with 5+ years of expertise in implementing, customizing, supporting, and maintaining Temenos banking solutions within the Banking/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact, banking operations, integrations, and core banking workflows.
The candidate will work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to deliver scalable and secure banking solutions aligned with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience in:
Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact
jBASE / TAFC / TAFJ
OFS and Temenos Integration Framework
Core Banking operations
Hands-on knowledge of:
Version routines
Local reference tables
Enquiries & Reports
Interfaces and APIs
COB (Close of Business) activities
Good understanding of:
Banking products and workflows
SQL/Database concepts
Linux/Unix environments
Performance tuning and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills
Experience with:
Temenos Infinity / Digital Banking
Java integration
Web Services / REST APIs
Middleware and enterprise integration tools
Cloud environments
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory standards
Develop, customize, and support Temenos T24/Transact applications and modules
Handle implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of core banking solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and integration services
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for Temenos applications
Support batch processing, OFS messages, and banking transactions
Work on Temenos modules such as:
Accounts
Payments
Lending
Deposits
Customer Management
Treasury (preferred)
Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards
Participate in upgrades, migrations, testing, and deployment activities
Prepare technical documentation and support audit requirements
