Position: Salesforce Lead
Role Summary
The Salesforce Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of Salesforce solutions. This role provides technical and delivery leadership across Salesforce projects, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures solutions align with business requirements, best practices, and enterprise standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Technical Graduate or higher
Certifications: Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development
Experience:
10+ years of project management experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and guide Salesforce delivery teams including developers, testers, release engineers, and support analysts.
Set objectives, delegate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure accountability and high performance.
Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Stakeholders).
Solution Design & Development
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices.
Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure high-quality testing, deployment, and release management.
Project & Delivery Management
Plan and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
Platform Ownership & Continuous Improvement
Ensure a stable, secure, and optimized Salesforce environment.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Business Alignment
Develop a strong understanding of business processes and objectives.
Ensure Salesforce solutions deliver measurable business value and user satisfaction.
Technical Skills & Technology Background
Salesforce Platform
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related modules.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
Integration & Tools
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications.
Hands-on experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica.
Familiarity with IDEs, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies.

Stable and optimized Salesforce platform with minimal downtime.
