Job Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer (Infrastructure) to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, performance, and scalability of on-premise and hybrid network environments, including data centers, WAN, LAN, and cloud connectivity Operations & Support •Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability •Troubleshoot network issues (L2/L3) and perform root cause analysis •Handle incident, problem, and change management activities •Perform network upgrades, patching, and hardware refresh activities Security & Compliance •Implement and manage network security controls (firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, IDS/IPS) •Ensure compliance with internal security standards and best practices Network Engineer •Support audits, vulnerability remediation, and security reviews Infrastructure & Cloud Integration •Support hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud connectivity) •Configure VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP – VPC/VNet) •Cllaborate with server, cloud, and security teams for integrated solutions Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills •Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP •Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Aruba / Fortinet / Palo Alto devices •Experience with firewalls, VPNs, NAT, QoS •Data center networking experience (spine-leaf, redundancy models) •Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.) Infrastructure Knowledge •Understanding of server, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) •Exposure to cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, routing, gateways) •Knowledge of ITIL processes

Network Infrastructure Management •Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks •Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers •Ensure high availability, redundancy, and failover across network infrastructure
