We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive with 1 year of experience handling the US market. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through multiple channels to support the sales pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation or inside sales for the US market
Good understanding of B2B lead generation processes
Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRMs
Basic knowledge of cold calling and email outreach strategies
Ability to work in US time zones
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Experience in IT / SaaS / Staffing / Digital Services lead generation
Knowledge of tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io
Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.

Research and identify potential clients in the US region using online tools, databases, and social platforms
Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and web research
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Conduct outbound emails and follow-ups to schedule meetings or demos
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
Track daily/weekly lead generation metrics and prepare basic reports
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and target industries in the US
