Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of AEM Forms solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices are followed and technical standards are maintained.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AEM Forms.
· Design and develop custom AEM Forms components, templates, and workflows to meet client needs.
· Define project scope, create project plans, and manage project timelines and resources effectively.
· Mentor and coach junior team members, providing technical guidance, training, and support as needed.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM Forms features, best practices, and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.
· Participate in pre-sales activities such as client meetings, solution presentations, and proposal development.
Qualifications
· Strong technical skills in AEM Forms development, including experience with AEM Forms Designer, Workbench, and related Adobe technologies.
· Experience leading AEM Forms implementation projects from inception to completion, including requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Good knowledge on object-oriented design principles/concepts.
· Experience in application development on Java/JEE platform
· Experience in development of AEM Forms - Adaptive Forms/Fragments.
· Experience in development of AEM Forms OSGi workflows.
· Experience in development of OSGi Services/Components.
· Experience in development of XDPs.
· Experience in usage of AEM Forms Document Services.
· Experience in Adobe LiveCycle Modules like - LiveCycle Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, document security, digital signatures.
· Experience in development of web services - SOAP/REST.
· Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 and frameworks/technologies like jQuery and AJAX.
· Experience in working with RDBMS.
· Experience in working in an Agile development environment.
· Adobe certification in AEM Forms is highly desirable.
· Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
