Job Description

Experience: Minimum 15+ years Industry: Healthcare / Digital Healthcare Location: Trivandrum (Work from office) Role Summary We are seeking an accomplished Director-level technology leader with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale software delivery and development organizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare or digital healthcare domain expertise, deep technical acumen across modern platforms, and proven experience managing large, globally distributed teams. Mandatory Requirements 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering leadership roles. Proven experience leading 200–400+ employees for a minimum of 5 years. Strong background in healthcare or digital healthcare solutions. Expertise in cloud technologies, databases, modern tech stacks, DevOps, CI/CD, and system architecture. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies. Demonstrated excellence in people management and large team leadership. Strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience working with global / multinational companies (mandatory). Agile delivery experience; PMP certification or equivalent project management exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee software development and delivery teams, ensuring timely, high-quality, and scalable product releases. Drive technology strategy and architecture, including cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices. Provide architectural oversight across systems leveraging microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization. Manage and mentor large engineering organizations (200–400+ employees), fostering performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion Agile delivery models and project governance, with hands-on exposure to PMP-based frameworks where applicable. Collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership to align technology outcomes with business goals. Ensure compliance, scalability, security, and reliability, particularly in healthcare-regulated environments. Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
