We are looking for a Microsoft SQL Developer with strong Business Intelligence (BI) expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable database and BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server development.
Strong hands-on expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
Proven experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and data validation.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Design and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to support data integration and migration needs.
Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports using SSRS and Power BI.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and query optimization across large datasets.
Support the design and implementation of data warehouses and data marts for reporting and analytics.
Maintain clear documentation of data structures, transformations, and reporting logic.
Collaborate with application developers and data engineers to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
