Job Description

Technical Skills Required: Proven expertise with cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience hosting .NET Core / Angular applications in cloud environments Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls, WAF, DNS, SSL, VPC, etc. Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, IAM policies, key vaults, encryption Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline integration Tools: Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Git, Jenkins Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Certifications (preferred): Azure Solutions Architect Expert AWS Certified Solutions Architect Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Oracle to PostgreSQL migration tools like Ora2Pg, AWS DMS, or Azure Database Migration Service Experience working with multi-region access control and data localization Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Leadership in cross-functional team environments Ability to manage complex migration and integration projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud architecture for hosting healthcare applications in compliance with KSA data residency and cybersecurity regulations. Evaluate and select appropriate cloud service providers (preferably Azure, AWS, or OCI) with KSA region availability. Architect solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and performance optimization. Support database modernization and migration strategy from Oracle to PostgreSQL, including schema conversion, data migration, and performance tuning. Integrate DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure and security needs. Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for cloud resources and applications. Provide technical documentation and cloud cost optimization strategies.
