We created a solution that utilized a blend of New Relic, Splunk, and Opsgenie to create a personalized dashboard and alert system that would provide a lucid summary of various Application Performance and Log metrics.

Consequently, the time required for root cause analysis on P1 issues dropped from an average of 5 hours to just 2 hours. The team found that log analytics was a critical advantage for predicting and resolving issues in advance, thus helping to maintain a more stable system.
