Job Description
Supervision of accounting function of Euphoric Innovation Pvt Ltd, Euphoric Creations LLP, Cloud Shoes LLP, Blue Tyga Fashion Pvt Ltd and Euphoric Labs Pvt Ltd and ensure all accounts related activities are completed on time (Entry Posting & Clearing, GL Review, Payment and Receipt/collection, Reconciliations, Monthly closure, MIS preparation and presentation, Tax returns preparation & filing, Statutory Audit)
Ensure sales entry of various channels are posted in ZOHO books (Online, retail stores, direct retail, e- commerce etc..) within 48 hrs from availability of the report in portal except retail stores and real time entry posting of retail stores sales.
Ensure all expenses bills are accounted daily.
Monthly reconciliation and set off intercompany transactions.
Reconciliation of various ledgers, such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Statutory GLs such as employee GLs and Tax GLs.
Scrutinize sales, sales return, discount and daily cash collection & remittance from retail stores to ensure Accuracy.
Preparation of monthly profitability report as a whole and branch wise and segment wise, Ageing reports, Break Even Sales of Retail Stores etc… and present.
Monthly CA, CL, Exp and Income GL scrutiny
Ensure monthly Reconciliation of E Commerce Platform sales, Sales Return and Settlement are done.
10) Quarterly Reconciliation of Customer & Vendor ledgers.
11) Monthly books closure, Fixed asset accounting and depreciation accounting
12) Regular Training and development of accounts team about the recent regulatory and statutory changes.
Position – Team Lead
Required Educational Qualification & Experience for applying this Post.
CA completed with at least 4-5 years’ experience in Accounts Finalization & Team handling, is a must.
Exp, in Finance and Accounts and accounts finalization, in which last three years, he/she should have been team leader.
Consolidation of Overseas Group Companies and exposure to IND AS & IFRS would be an Advantage
Experience in guiding team on Online, Retails & Trading business.
Work experience in Zoho accounting or any ERP would be a added Advantage.
Knowledge in GST & TDS Return preparation, Reconciliation and Filing.
Knowledge in preparing various MIS Profit and loss account and balance sheet.
Capable of Handling Board of Directors would be a preference.
Good analytical skills.
10) Liaison with Statutory auditors.
11) Liaison with GST and Income tax authorities.
12) Good presentation skills.
