About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven professional to support system setup, data handling, and software-related process improvements across our rental resale/interior operations. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of projects—from understanding business requirements to implementing scalable system and data solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with real estate or allied industry systems, strong logical thinking, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
System & Process Setup
Design, document, and implement end-to-end system processes for data flow, tracking, and reporting.
Establish structured workflows for system usage across teams.
Data Management
Define data structures, standards, and governance practices.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across platforms.
Work on data consolidation, cleanup, and optimization.
Software & Platform Management
Own software-related updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/developers for system improvements.
Translate business requirements into functional system specifications.
Dashboard & Reporting
Design and manage dashboards for management and operational teams.
Define KPIs and automate reporting wherever possible.
Enable data-driven decision-making through clear visual insights.
Project Ownership
Take complete ownership of assigned system and data projects.
Plan timelines, track progress, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery.
Act as a single point of contact for system-related initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business, operations, design, sales, and IT teams.
Ensure smooth adoption of systems through documentation and training.
