Required Experience:

Role Summary
The CMMI Process Lead will be responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the process framework for a large IT account running multiple parallel workstreams (development, maintenance, migration, support, DevOps, data, etc.). The role ensures CMMI compliance, process consistency, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across all tracks.
Must Have Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with CMMI model (DEV/SVC).
• Experience managing processes for large, complex IT accounts.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models.
• Expertise in process audits, gap analysis, and appraisal readiness.
• Strong data analysis and metrics-driven mindset.
